Our traditional apple cider is produced right here on the farm in a wooden, hand driven press. The recipe is a national award winner, and closely guarded. Because our cider is not pasteurized, it unfortunately doesn't ship well, so although it's awesome, we are not going to set you up for disappointment, and now offer the next best thing...

You can believe that we would be particular, and that is why we sought out one of New England's masters from the Apple Cider Guild; essentially a second generation McIntosh grower himself, who utilizes an expensive pasteurization system in his finishing process.

Of all the cider we have tasted off our own farm, this is one of the most consistently delicious, with full color and taste in every jug.

Finally, there's no need to worry if you're not going to use it all the first week, it suffers no loss in flavor after staying in your freezer up to 10 months.

Sparkling Cider

Our New England Sparkling Cider is a non-alcoholic apple beverage made entirely from fresh, regional McIntosh apples. Much clearer than regular cider, and bottled like a fine Champagne, this sulfite-free carbonated beverage is the excellent complement to hors d'oeuvres, a light meal, or any fine celebration of life.
